We've shipped Shopify Plus migrations, headless storefronts, and ERP integrations for brands scaling past $5M, $25M, and $100M+ in annual revenue. Perishable SKUs, cold-chain shipping, and zone-based delivery windows need custom checkout rules — not a Shopify app stack.
