## The Challenge

The brand needed a Shopify store built around a unique subscription model spanning women, men, kids, and gifts — with a style quiz for personalization, strong sustainability storytelling, and seamless mobile-first UX. The challenge was to create a cohesive experience that communicated the brand's mission while making subscription management effortless for customers.

Reclaimed With Love is a sustainable, upcycled demi-fine jewelry brand committed to reducing waste and creating beautiful, meaningful pieces from reclaimed materials.

## Our Approach

### Subscription-First Architecture

We designed the entire storefront around the subscription experience. Multiple subscription tiers — from individual plans to family bundles — were integrated with a quiz-driven personalization flow that matches customers to their ideal jewelry style. Flexible plan management lets subscribers pause, skip, or swap selections with ease.

### Sustainable Brand Storytelling

Every touchpoint was crafted to communicate the brand's sustainability mission. From product pages highlighting the upcycled materials and their origin stories, to checkout messaging reinforcing the environmental impact of each purchase, the design weaves purpose into the shopping experience without feeling preachy.
